FACADE REPLACEMENT WITH LESS TENANT DISTURBANCE

Every curtain wall eventually reaches a point when it needs to be replaced due to ageing, safety risks or a need to reduce repair costs. Other drivers are to save energy, increase comfort or employ green retrofitting.

Facade replacement typically means the building needs to be closed off for well over a year, and the tenants need to be relocated at tremendous cost. With The Brunkeberg® System, the tenants can stay while the recladding takes place floor by floor behind a climbing protective wall.

Debris, glass and metal from the old curtain wall are returned on the exterior of the building, track secured within the system. This makes removal and recycling more effective.
